Service Options

If you need to have your product serviced, you have two options: You can use our Service Center Locator to find an authorized BOSS Service Center in your area, or you can send the unit directly to our service department in Ontario, CA.

If you’d like to order replacement parts or send your product to our service department in Ontario for repair, please call Customer Service at 323-890-3700. Customer Service is available Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
